以往的深孔加工主要使用高速鋼鉆頭、槍鉆。為了避免孔彎曲而采用小進給方式加工,為防止切屑堵塞而采用步進方式加工,致使生產效率一直很低。現在,這個問題已經得到了解決,NACHI公司開發出的可(ke)實現高(gao)效(xiao)、高(gao)質量加工的硬質合金整體鉆頭(如圖1所示),目前在汽車(che)制造業已經得到應用。
1. 這種硬質合金整體鉆頭的特點是獨特的槽形設計使得鉆頭的剛性更好;
S型切刃形狀通過中間的凹形可以強制性使切削碎屑卷曲并將其切斷,切屑短而小,加工(gong)(gong)L/D>20的(de)深(shen)孔時不(bu)需(xu)步進(jin)進(jin)給,可實現連續進(jin)給,一次完成加工(gong)(gong)。
當手工制作生產加工處理球墨碳鋼時,如2圖甲中,便用各種類型麻花鉆切屑,當L/D=5.3時就會受切屑堵賽麻花鉆產生扭斷現像而不能一直手工制作生產加工處理落下去。而適用近期最新的深孔手工制作生產加工處理用聚酯板鋁合金整體性麻花鉆,L/D=25的深孔也適用非伺服電機進給模式實現目標穩固手工制作生產加工處理,且少許切屑動力機總量的攀升。圖2 車削的性能十分
圖3 與過往生產方法步驟的相對比較(生產時長) 圖3所提示 的是近期深孔生產銷售用聚氯乙烯塑料各種合金類整體布局化麻花鉆與往年的深孔生產銷售用麻花鉆車削用時的相對的情況。主要采用了直徑為直徑6mm的內冷型麻花鉆,生產銷售孔深為150mm的深孔,分別是主要采用了自身最新推薦的普通車削必要條件采取生產銷售。最終結果提示 ,整體布局化聚氯乙烯塑料各種合金類麻花鉆的生產銷售用時大至是往年生產銷售措施的1/5(與槍鉆相對比)~1/10(與繞城高速鋼麻花鉆相對比)同比增強了生產銷售高效率。
